Informatization and Security of Information Resources Department is a structural subdivision of the Executive Office of the President.

Its main objectives are:

1. organisation of confidential paperwork and archival storage of classified documents and files of the Executive Office, as well as control over terms of executing confidential acts and instructions of the President, Secretary of State and chief staff of the Executive Office;
2. making arrangements for provision of secrecy order, and also coordination of access and inside regime at the Executive Office;
3. introduction of information technologies and organisation of technical protection of electronic resources at the Executive Office.

Head of the Informatization and Security of Information Resources Department

Gani Otenuly TILEUBEKOV

Born on December 3, 1960 in Zhambyl region. Graduated from the Kazakh State University named after S.Kirov.

From 1987 through 1997, he worked at various posts.

From 1997 through 2000, he worked as Chief Specialist of the Document Processing Department of the Executive Office of the President.

From 2000 through 2002, he served as Assistant of the Document Processing Department of the Executive Office of the President.

In 2002 he worked as Chief Assistant of the President’s Chancellery.

From 2002 through 2004, he served as Head of sector of the Chancellery of the Executive Office of the President, Head of sector of the Document Processing Department of the Chancellery of the Executive Office of the President.

From 2004 through 2005, he worked as Head of sector of the Department for Protection of State Secrets and Informatization of the Chancellery of the Executive Office of the President.

From 2005 through 2008, he served as Deputy Head of the Department for Protection of State Secrets and Informatizaton of the Executive Office of the President.

In 2008 by the Order of the Head of State he was appointed Head of the Informatization and Security of Information Resources Department.

Speaks Kazakh, Russian and German (fair) languages.

He is married and has a son and a daughter.

He was awarded the Order of Aibyn (Bravery), Medal of Eren Enbegi Ushin (For Excellence at Work) and other medals.
