Structure of the Executive Office / Structural subdivisions

Social and Economic Monitoring Department

The Social and Economic Monitoring Department is a structural subdivision of the Executive Office of the President.

Its main activities are:

1. Provision of realization of the President’s powers in the field of social and economic policy.

2. Provision of realization of the President’s powers in respect to the Government and central executive bodies.

3. Provision of realization of the President’s powers in respect to state bodies, which are directly subordinated and accountable to him (The National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Accounts Committee for Control Over Execution of the Republican Budget).

4. Provision of realization of other powers of the President and senior staff of the Executive Office of the President.
